Also do you put the fat end at the back or the front...stupid question I'm sure but I've no idea!

I've just bought one as my chair at work makes siting for long periods of time unbearable. Been sitting on pillows for the past 5 months and it's getting worse. Will be using for the first time tomorrow so I hope it helps! Can't go another 3 months in agony!

Does it tilt forwards or backwards ...fat end at back or front iykwim?

It's for DD she is on her feet 12 a day twice a week ..nurse...and when she gets home can't get off the sofa, as she seizes up Sad

I've bought a bobbly wedge but not sure how to use it! It's a cheese wedge shape.

Im using one without the coccyx part, due to a fall.

A local diy store will cut you a bit of foam cheaper, to the shape you want.
