I'm sorry to hear you have bad morning sickness. It's not much fun is it!
Does it effect you most in the morning, evening or at another time of day?
If it gets you the most in the morning, it can help to eat some dry crackers while still in bed, just before you get up. They can often help to settle your stomach and take the edge off your hunger to help you eat a normal breakfast when you get up.

Eat quite plainly flavoured foods. Toast and marmite was what got me through, but that certainly wouldn't suit everyone!

Try to make sure you stay hydrated. Drinking flat soft ginger ale can do this and also help to settle your stomach.

Very salty food eg crisps or macdonalds fries sometimes worked for me.

Can you keep down water? If so please keep sipping water and juice and do not let yourself get dehydrated.

If you can't keep down water you may have or be developing hyperemesis. This is much more serious and you should let your gp or midwife know ASAP.

Good luck, you have my sympathies it's a tough time but it does pass.

I found in the early days I could tolerate ice lollies and that gave me a window to eat and keep food down. If you're seriously not even keeping water down though I agree you need to seek medical attention.
