39+3 days pregnant and getting pains..

Hello, I was wondering if anybody could help me.. I'm 39+ weeks pregnant, this is my first so I've got no idea what I'm looking out for :(.. I've had a like tightening/cramping pain all day round my full bump, but it's not coming and going, it's just there constant... It's really really sore but like I said I've not a clue what I'm lookin for... If you have any idea please comment .. Thank you in advance :) x

So close to 40 weeks, I'd ring the labour ward and not make any plans. And make sure DH didn't have anything to drink tonight.

I didn't think it was going to be anything serious as its just there all the time like I said its not coming and going.. Ill go order a curry and try a bath and post if any changes :)! Thanks xx
