Severe abdominal pain at 4 months - help!

I'm just about Managing to write this, pain is coming very very sharply in waves, unbearable. What shall I do? Cpuld I be miscarrying or could it be gas?

Go to A&E, if you are in unbearable pain you need to be seen urgently.

I think you should dial 999

try to stay calm also

and yes, it could be wind, but it could be a lot of other things and you need to be checked out in case it is anything more serious.

Thanks everyone for your support. I rang up the maternity unit and they said it didn't sound like contractions, but I should wait an hour or two, take pain killers and see how it goes. I did that, and the pain subsided but still hasn't gone. I'm just trying to rest now and hoping its just gas and a digestive issue.

It isn't stretching pains perhaps? -I've had a lot of that recently, really sore! Though yours sounds more painful than that, hope you're okay.
