earliest you felt anything from outside?

This is dc1, at 18 weeks and I'm feeling very clear movement now...started feeling definite flutters at about 14 weeks (I know they say you can't, but I don't buy it!). DH is desperately jealous and can't wait til he can feel movement too.

When was the earliest you felt from the outside, and did it correspond with how early you felt from the inside?

Perhaps your green underwear is blocking it? ;-)

DH has only been able to feel movements since 23 weeks, but had movement since 15 weeks. A lot of it is impatience on his part though!

With ds1 I felt movement at about 15/16 weeks and DP felt it about 23 weeks. Ds2 I felt him about the same time again and DP maybe at 20 weeks. This time dd1 I have an anterior placenta and DP didn't feel her till about 24/25 weeks and even then it was sporadic. I guess it expends a lot on how they're sat and where the placenta is.

I felt movement from 15/16 weeks.

If I put my hand on the bump I can feel it move now and have for a week or so, so at about 22 weeks.

I wouldn't imagine it would be much longer now :)

Dp felt him at 21 weeks this time

I felt movements from 19 wks and dh could feel them from 20, you could even see my stomac twitch

23 weeks with anterior placenta. Hubby cried when he felt it for first time.

21 weeks it seemed to be extra close to the front so hubby felt a few kicks, then it moved position so he didn't again until 23 weeks, now it's all the time

16+7 was the first time I felt kicks which you could feel from outside four times in a row!!! Lying on my back in bed

I just felt baby move from the outside last night (25+2) it was much later than that with my first though. Chance of OH feeling it is slim though, DS1 used to go strangely still whenever he was waiting to feel him move! By 30 weeks though you couldn't miss his wriggling, you could see it through my clothes! Can't wait for that stage
