Just wondering when anyone physically 'felt' anything inside? I'm 9 weeks and had a good feel around but can't feel anything, is this normal? I'm not slim so maybe baby is 'hiding' ??

I'm pretty sure a 9-week-old foetus is only a couple of cm long, so of course you can't feel it!
I felt my baby start to kick at around 15 weeks I think...but it was fairly subtle.

17 weeks the first time, 15 weeks the second.

16 weeks with DC1 - posterior placenta
22 weeks with DC2 - anterior placenta

I didn't show until I was 14 weeks. I'm now nearly 20 weeks and haven't felt anything yet.

I didn't have a bump till well over 20 weeks last time, this time at 18wks I've got a small bump but still in normal clothes. Iirc the baby is tucked inside the pelvis till 12ish weeks.

Tinks, I didn't feel anything there until about 11 weeks really - my stomach was fairly solid with wind from 6 weeks onwards but at various points of the day it would go flat and squidgy again, so I knew it wasn't a real bump. From about 11 onwards I could tell, because it didn't go away at any point. From 14 weeks you could see it :)
