You'll get peaks and troughs.

Sit in your trough with Neighbours on and eat hob nobs until you feel better Xmas Smile

Just empathising, also 29 weeks and also knackered! The busy Christmas period doesn't help! Hang on in there :)

You've probably hit the 3rd trimester wall. My sister and I both found thy as soon as we hit the 3rd trimester we both suddenly got really tired and fed up. It passed after a week or two but it was really wierd at the time, like a physical change rather than just another week of pregnancy.

I think the baby might also have a big growth spurt around then that can sap your energy. Don't worry you'll probably be ok again soon, just wait for those last few weeks...I'm 39 weeks now and almost fell asleep in the hairdressers yesterday!

Have you been tested for low iron? A friend of mine was v tired and it turned out she was anaemic - she has iron supplements now and feels much better.
