Slight amniotic liquor

What does this mean when seen on maternity notes. I'm 34 weeks. Midwife wrote this but did not make any comment on it?

I suppose it could mean that you have a slight reduction in amniotic fluid or a slight fluid leak. Presumably you'd know if it was the latter. Either way she can't have been too concerned otherwise she'd have sent you for a scan. Why don't you give your midwifery team a ring for reassurance?

Thanks jolly, I've rung my midwife, she should call tomorrow I'm also worried because my BP was raised and I think it should be rechecked before my next app in 2 weeks.
