GBS in urine at 34 weeks

I know I posted before about GBS but I can't stot worrying :(.
Had my midwife 2 weeks ago at 34 weeks (I'm now 36w) and she took my urine sample. A letter arrived today saying that i have GBS in my urine ( I was tested positive at around 20 weeks froma vaginal swab)

Does it mean that if it's in urine the concentration is higher? They are asking me to have a penicillin treatment for a week and then do urine test again to check if it the antibiotics worked. I'm scared that thrush will come back again.

Also 2 weeks ago I had a treatment for BV and thrush which I seem to be having all the time :( Never had any problems in my previous preg.
My waters broke at 37 weeks in prev preg and I'm worried this time will happen the same and I will infect the baby :(
I can't stop googling and reading. I know there is more positive stories than negative but there still risk.
Sorry for a long, bit chaotic post but I don't know how to stop thinking about it. Midwife isn't very heplful and just says that some women don't even know they have it and give birth to healthy babies.
thanks
