35+5, loose stools and low down pain - too early?

Since yesterday I feel like emptying my bowels very frequently, and when I do it's quite loose! Doesn't feel like a stomach bug...

Also, been getting pains below my bump, not too uncomfortable, but a bit achy.

Is this a sign my body is getting ready? This is DC2, but had none of this with my first one, as they never engaged and I was induced.

Like so many things at this stage it could be a sign, or could not! But I will reassure you that I had DS at 35+5 and DD at 35+6. Other than being too early to BF directly (the strong sucking reflex required is one of the last things to develop) both were perfectly fine, and out of hospital after 2-3 days.

I had this at about 36 weeks, I'm now 39 wks(DC 2) and things have settled down, so I don't think it's necessarily the start of anything, just the glamour of late pregnancy!
