Rash appeared on arms

I'm itching like mad I've developed a rash on the inside of my arms-forearms and upper arm just on the soft inside bit driving me bananas it hasn't gone anywhere else has anyone else had this?

A nettle like rash can be an allergic reaction, especially if its red with small raised bumps. Usually an antihistamine clears it up in 20 mins if it is but you can't take them in pregnancy. Phone nhs direct if you are uk x
