Struggling with pelvic floor exercises

Hi, 10 weeks nearly and trying to get my head around these exercises. I think I can tense them but can't seem to get the feeling that I can hold the tension and don't feel any control over releasing the squeeze. does this make sense? any advice much appreciated! Blush

Have you ever done them before? As in, before pregnancy?

Just keep on, the more you do them, the easier and better they're meant to get.

not really no. have tried in the past when I've been remi ended how good they are .for you.

It's easier to learn to feel the technique if you try practicing them with one finger inside your vagina in my opinion. Once you've got the hang of it you can do it without. Try in the bath?
