Any advice welcome but i am most likely worrying over nothing

I am currently 10weeks with my second, but the pregnancy is so different to my first and i cant help think something is wrong

With my first i was sick ever morning on cue up several times a night going to the loo

With this one is on and off sickness started a lot earlier from about 5 weeks but its not everyday over the last few days i have had to get up a few times in the night for the loo which i guess is a good sign
And my hips are constantly clicking and getting shooting pains up my back which again i guess is a good sign for pregancy.

I guess cause i dont feel overly pregnant like i did with DS1 i am worried there wont be anything on the scan in 2 weeks

I didn't feel pregnant with DC2. It was a completely different pregnancy to my first one and I didn't get any of the symptoms I was expecting and I was quite worried but DD was born happy and healthy. My first was a DS but I have no idea whether that makes any difference.

My two have been very very different (different genders too, but not sure if that makes a difference). I was very nauseous with my first, but that was 'all' for first tri, but with my second it felt more like a very very bad bug/flu: I looked and felt ill rather than pregnant if that makes sense.

And the pregnancies since then have been very different too in terms of other complaints/side-effects (awful headaches with #2, not with #1 etc etc).

So I really do believe that every pregnancy is different. The overwhelming odds are that all is fine :)
