I'm 7 weeks pregnant with my second and today at work i experienced really bad stabbing pains in my lower stomach and at one point it made me feel sick it was that bad. It slowly faded away but it has left me really worried. Anyone had this and still been ok? thanks.

I did and bled at 6 weeks and 9 weeks and my Ds is almost 8 yrs old :) If you are worried contact your midwife or if you haven't been referred yet go to GP. They may send you for an early scan if bleeding is also involved. Would be an internal scan though.

There are any number of things that could have been, pregnancy or not-pregnancy related.
I think you should let somebody in RL assess you if you are worried.

I had exactly the same with my first baby, the pain was indescribable, I had to go outside i thought i was going to faint. It happened 3 or 4 times, and i had intermittent spotting until i was 16 weeks. All worked out well and was put down to stretching and growing. I did get checked out though, it can help to put your mind at rest. Hope everything works out ok.
