31 week appointment - how worried do I need to be at these things?

Had my 31 week midwife appointment today and they told me the following things:
My bump is too small 25cm
My blood pressure is low 98/55
I am 10.3 iron (don't really know what this means but am including it in case someone knows!)

I have to go for a scan with the consultant on Monday.

Should I be worried?

My blood pressure is naturally low and is about the same as yours at the moment (has got lower in pregnancy). I am 31+4! The midwife told me that I should be careful not to stand up too quickly or to stand around too much in case of fainting, but otherwise it's fine.

My iron is 11.4 as I'm taking supplements - midwife said it should be 10.5 or above and it shouldn't go down now, even if I stop the supplements (which I have no plans to do after being very anaemic last time). I just take the Boots own tablets, one a day - they're really cheap.

The scan is presumably a growth scan to check the baby is developing normally given that your measurement of bump was small?? They're very inaccurate. If you're concerned about this, ask at the scan on Monday.

At my last appointment the measurement of the bump was 29cm and today it was 25cm - I don't understand how my baby has got smaller?

My bump grew by 4cm measured by someone else so was no longer small around that stage. Measuring has been random at best, in the last week alone it's been measured at 30cm (triage) and 35 cm (cmw) at 34 weeks.
My bp is 85/55, no one blinked. Seemed to take the view if I could stand up and wasn't dizzy it was ok.
My iron was 10.5, took tablets
