Oh got bad sickness and diahorrea, really don't want it!!

Hey,

My Oh has just been sent home from work with sickness and diahorrea, he's really not well!!
I'm 24 weeks and really do not want to catch it, any advice?? Someone at work said "oh it could be norovitus" which has now freaked me out more....help!!

I have it at present. It's not pleasant! The main things to do are to thoroughly wash your hands regularly. Try not to be around him when he produces (!) either end - these kind of bugs are airborn (so you inhale the spores) or from contact which is why you need to wash your hands.

Be religious about cleaning your hands before eating. Use separate bathrooms and bedrooms if at all possible.

Ban him to one toilet if you have a second one available. Get him to clean up after himself and wipe down all surfaces and door handles, remove toothbrushes etc from any area in which he's being sick or having diarrhoea.
