to celebrate my BFP Xmas Grin

Stupidly didn't bother getting out of bed to POAS until DH had already left for work, and it's only bloody positive!

I've got to wait until he gets to work before I can call him and tell him.

Can anyone keep me company whilst I shake a cry a bit please?!

Can you meet him for lunch?

RuckAndRoll · 06/12/2012 08:03

Wish i suspect in tears over the phone. I'm too impatient to wait until this evening! I'v text him and said call me from somewhere private as soon as he's not driving

well his response was 'oh shit this is really happening now isn't it?'

My grandad is really ill at the moment and he thought it was something to do with that when I text him saying need to talk urgently.

Now I really should be getting ready for work - still in my PJs and should be leaving in 5 minutes - very grateful for flexi time working today!

:) have a lovely night tonight celebrating

ScubaSarah · 06/12/2012 08:32

My DH retreated into his Man-Cave (aka Garage) for the whole after we got our BFP after 7 months of trying He was still freaked on day 2 but by day 3 had turned into uber affectionate and attentive partner from heaven. I've told him I expect this for the next 25 years not just 9 months Grin
Enjoy your celebrations tonight x

I'm imagining him sat at work trying desperately to look busy and efficient whilst quietly freaking out. I think tonight we'll just sit and hug and not say a lot!

I take meds I'll have to come off straight away so going to the Drs later this morning but he's already panicing about them and the fact we didn't know and I've been taking them. Lovely receptionist at the GP surgery gave me an appointment today, without me having to explain why - totally unheard of!
