Physio + Pilates recommendation in London

Hello all!

I'm 21 weeks pregnant with MCDA twins and I just wanted to recommend a great pregnancy physio, who has really helped with my pelvic girdle pain.

Her name is Taryn Preedy and she's based at the Portland Hospital and I think also the Chelsea Medical Centre and Lister Hospital. She's lovely girl and really knows her stuff. I suspect she may be fairly expensive (I'm sorry, I can't remember how much), but she mentioned that she does a pilates class at the Portland, I think on a Tuesday lunchtime, which I think currently only has one attendee. She said that at this class she teaches most of the things we were covering in our private physio sessions - I would go to them, but my health insurance has agreed to cover my private sessions, so I'm running with it!

It took me a while to find anyone I had real confidence in, so I just thought I'd share!

Minnie

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Depending on cost, I'd be interested in those classes. I did a quick google and nothing came up - how do I find out more op??

You can ring the Physio dept at the Portland which I think is 020 7390 6553 :)
