Slapped Cheek Worry

I am 12 weeks pregnant (just had my scan this morning, great to see a little baby floating around & waving! Everything fine at this point as far as they can see) and my 18m DS goes to nursery. Currently they have a notice up that there is slapped cheek (Parvovirus B19) around at nursery. I have been advised not to drop him off or pick him up, which is fine.

I've just got back blood test results that confirm I have not had it myself / do not have immunity. So obviously I'm a bit worried. I'm observing good hygiene (handwashing etc) and not sharing cutlery / glasses with DS at the moment but not sure what else I can do??
