I'm sure I should know this but...

Am 28wks, and have been having on-off pelvic pressure all afternoon. It's under my bump in a thin rectangle going across the top of my bikini line, halfway up each side to my hips and under the bottom of the bump. It's fairly constant when I'm sitting (gets better and worse but pretty much always there), seems to disappear if I move around, and then returns if I sit or stand again.

I know that the baby is head down (or at least it was at my appointment last week), so am assuming it's just lying in an awkward place. Or stretching pains? Had a pretty active day, but no more so than normal...

Any ideas? Nothing to worry about right?

Is this second pregnancy? I'm preg with dc2 and have had a lot more pain this time. Got checked out a couple of weeks ago and all was well. Mw said prob just ligaments. Also lifting a 3yo around!

It is a second pregnancy yes. Hopefully that's just it.

It's switched to stabbing pains now... Am going to my doctor's in an hour or two anyway for a shot, so will ask them then...
