Tena pants - how glam!

Have heard on here that the tena pants you can buy are FAB for lochia.

Issue is: what size do you buy? I'm usually a 14, currently a 14 in maternity. This is not my first DC, so I know I'll be rocking a bump for a bit after birth, but I have NO clue how big I should get them to cover my ample arse and saggy tum.

Can someone who has partaken in this advise, please?

I measured my hips and then looked on the Tena website for sizing - my hips are 40 inches, I think, so got the medium (I figure myhips won't change hugely in size over the first two weeks after birth). They are glamrama, let me tell you...

I looked these up for after labour and noticed that they have a few absorbencies, do you know which is best? Do you still need to wear a maternity pad with them?

No idea about the absorbancies - think I shall just go for the highest. Shouldn't need a pad as well :)
