If you have a regular cycle and your 3 days over would you get an accurate result by now?

If its positive then congratulations, you are pregnant. If its negative and your period doesnt come, then I would test again in a day or two. Most of them are pretty accurate from the day after you are late though.

I haven't tested yet, I was wondering if I tested now if it will show positive if I was?

What was the result? If it was positive then its almost certainly accurate. But you can still get a false negative, for example you might have done the test wrong.
