Dull belly ache and backache at 14weeks

I've woken up at 2.30am with dull belly ache near the top of my abdomen and what feels like sore kidneys. Feel nauseous and dizzy like I've woken up with a bad hangover. No-one to phone in RL at this hour :( not really sure what my question is, is this normal and is there anything I can do?

And now just threw up the pint of water it took me the best part of an hour to drink. That's helped a bit.
