Beef

Before I was pregnant I used to love eating beef, ever since I became pregnant within 30 minutes of eating some I have the most appalling nausea even when I have enjoyed it. Anyone else have similar reaction to beef or other foods they used to love? I need to eat some meat other than chicken as my partner has eaten so much with me he is beginning to dread eating more!

I think your body makes you feel ill with food or drink that youay eat too much of. Grin

With DS1 I went off chicken, the one thing I ate loads of previously. Just the smell of it cooking made me so ill.

Tea :( I ruddy loved tea! Early days it gave me awful MS. I coulf stomach decaf but only have the odd one. I'm 19 weeks now and tried a regular tea today, it just tasted wrong, so strong! I also can't touch yoghurt!

I agree with lemonbreeland. I ate so much cheese pre pregnancy, I can't face it at all now.

Any tea!! Really missing my cuppa in the mornings! Squash just isn't the same! Sad

chorizo. Couldn't stand the smell of it hot. Love it normally.
Anything hot with a tomato sauce. Pizza was out and I love pizza.
A lot of days I couldn't eat hot food at all.

I went off chocolate Shock despite normally being a chocoholic, and went off coffee. Happily would have lived on red meat though, I craved steak and bacon throughout my pregnancy :)

Fish sauce. Yes I know that's a bit weird but before I got pregnant my DP used to put it in all the stirfrys, currys etc that we ate. Now even the slightest smell of it makes me gag. Sad

Can't stand the smell of cooking meat at the moment or any hot dishes that contain meat.
