Just need to rant, feel like absolute crap. Got a horrible chesty cough thats getting me down and the tail end of a cold. I feel like I can't draw a full breath as baby is partly engaged but still has her legs right up under my ribs.

I have had recurrent thrush for the last few weeks, I feel tired, huge, immobile and I can't walk more than 50 yards without my back and hips giving out.

I am so grateful for this baby and just want her to be ok but I really am struggling with the last couple of weeks. And dp keeps making really irritating noises. I know it's not his fault I'm grumpy but its getting on my tits.

Rant over

Hey, milkyboobs.....it's the other 38 week moany lady again! I'm still battling the thrush and the piles. I was actually lying on the bathroom floor this morning crying!! But it's all been put into perspective tonight as I've heard that a dear friend has had a miscarriage. It's put an end to my moaning....I'm now grateful for my pregnancy woes.

Hey femme. That's a real shame about your friend, god bless. Maybe I will reign in my moaning. Just a little Grin

How are you holding up? Not long for us now on the plus side.

I remember at that stage saying vehemently to dh that, "Those women who say they enjoy being pregnant are f--king NUTS "

37+3 and I know where you're coming from! Would like to meet my baby now!

DangerMousey · 29/11/2012 07:39

39+5 and totally feeling your pain ladies! Hips in agony all night so can't sleep, shooting pains in fanoir when I walk around during the day but no real signs of labour being anywhere near.

Hoping I am going to be one of those women where labour just starts unexpectedly...

Themilkyboobsareonme · 29/11/2012 10:10

Here's hoping mousey. This may be tmi but I lost my plug this morning, a LOT of mucus came out Blush

How long til things kick off now?

Hi milkyboob not what you want to hear but, you can loose your mucus plug weeks before going into labour, so not a very reliable sign really.

Moan away, you have been pregnant now for 9 whole months and we all get fed up at the end.

Once your baby arrives it will quickly seem like it was barely a discomfort and was all 100% worth it.

Try to ocuppy your mind as much as possible, to distract from the irritating wait.

Good luck everyone!
