been ttc dc2 for a few months now. With DS I had morning sickness from week 6 and hyperemesis weeks 8-12 (thankfully it then disappeared!), anyway...

my period's not due until next Monday (approx 28 day cycle and ovulated early last week i.e. about 8 days ago)

on Sunday (i.e. approx 5 days after ovulation) ds (2.5) was lying across my chest as I sprawled on the bed chatting to my SIL who was staying over, when suddenly I realised I had a huge wet circular stain over my breast... either DS was dribbling in an unfortunate place or my breast was leaking (stopped bf over a year and a half ago)

by sunday afternoon I was feeling queasy and by sunday evening I was being sick. I have been sick several times most afternoons since then (although not yet today which is making me wonder if was just a virus)

got a lot of liquidy white cm going on and some twinges in my breasts as well.

there is a sickness virus going round though, so it could just be that.

I know the only way to know is to test but I don't want to test too early and waste money so if anyone cares to comment while I wait and wonder I would be very grateful!

POAS!
Although I think the wet patch might be a red herring, unless you were a lot more pg than you think. And if you have been TTC thats unlikely.

FeelingGreen · 28/11/2012 14:57

yeah, I wasn't sure if leaking breasts would be a symptom or not. They did leak a bit during my last pregnancy but not till later. Fairly sure it wasn't ds dribbling because the way it formed looked exactly like it used to when they leaked in the past.

I really want to test but I hate wasting money on them when I'm not even late so I'll waste time when I'm meant to be working speculating on mumsnet instead

Ooh POAS! I you're pg enough to have symptoms then the hormone must be present IMO.

elliejjtiny · 28/11/2012 20:52

POAS. Get the superdrug tests, they are the most sensitive and usually on offer

looneytune · 28/11/2012 20:54

Agree POAS, then come back and let us know! Grin I agree that with those symptoms, it's very posible it would come up on a test already.

GobblersSparklyExplodingKnob · 28/11/2012 20:57

Poas! However if you really think you might be leaking fluid from your boob rather than it being dribble, please see your GP.

FeelingGreen · 28/11/2012 21:42

argh you're all tempting me! going to try and hold out though as my period's not even due till Monday.

gobblers you're worrying me now. DS was lying with head on my boob if you see what I mean so putting quite a lot of pressure on it (I was lying flat) so I just am thinking it was the pressure from that plus (hopefully!) pregnancy hormones. it hasn't happened at any other time. could it be something concerning then?

Did you POAS in the end or are you managing to hold out til tomorrow?

Neiffer · 02/12/2012 12:21

My boobs leaked when I was about 4 weeks pregnant, it's how I realised I better test! I only stopped b feeding about 6 months ago tho. And I felt sick and had tingle boobs (like let down) eek hope you get a bfp too!

RileyTheLittleMonster · 02/12/2012 16:12

You could be Xmas Grin

I felt tired from 3 weeks after my period and I'm now 4+4!! But have no symptoms now haha. (Unplanned, but very grateful and wanted pregnancy now)

Bet you just want to POAS! Good luck, make sure you let us know the results Smile
