I've been pretty good so far in this pregnancy at staying hydrated. I'm 29 weeks now and suddenly bored with the summer fruits squash which I seem to have enjoyed drinking thus far.
Nothing is appealing now so was wondering what everyone else is drinking? Maybe it will inspire me....

I've been drinking orange juice with a bit of water added so its not so acidic. Plus a lot of hot chocolate. Think it's the milk and sugar I'm craving.

Cherry coke Blush I'm craving it really badly though I also have lots of soups right now which is nice. For a healthier option though I like squash with fizzy water. Smile

Innocent do a new juice which is apple & raspberries. Because it's new it's cheap at the moment. I mix 3 parts to 1 part water so it's a bit less strong/acidic. It's lovely. Nicer than squash, haven't been able to stomach squash for a while (usually my drink of choice).

I have got about 6 bottles of squash (or cordial) on the go as really gone off tea & coffee.
At the min I have
Summer fruits, Orange, Ginger and lemongrass, Elderflower, ribena, and vimto.
Also drinking sparkling water, and milkshake for variation. When I next go to shop I want cranberry!

Lots of different things - water (there's a lovely sparkling water in aldi), juice - pineapple and mango juice are my favourite (aldi again) - either with lemonade, sparkling water or hot water. Herbal tea, schloer, becks blue or marks and spencer do a non alcoholic beer which is quite nice, innocent smoothies, tonic water with lemon or lime and finally have just bought some non alcoholic wine and mulled wine from ikea, but I haven't opened it yet! I normally drink lots of coffee and red wine but have given it up totally. I must admit I feel a lot healthier now, and may continue with abstinence after giving birth.

Ooh... And hot chocolate with marshmallows!

weeblueberry · 27/11/2012 16:13

I have a bottle of water at my desk at work which I just keep topped up all day. But I'm quite lucky in that I really like water... Blush

At home though I'm drinking tea and orange juice. Lots and lots of orange juice.. I swear that's where about 90% of my baby weight gain has come from.

Ellypoo · 27/11/2012 16:17

Fizzy water by the gallon - sometimes with squash or orange juice, usually just on its own. Also hot choc (preferably with whipped cream!!!) and ovaltine (at bed time).

newby2 · 27/11/2012 16:54

Pink grapefruit juice to the tune of 2 ltr per day. It's a terrible habit but at 36 weeks and no problems so far (nasty pre eclampsia last time) Something must be working!

Lyftiduft · 27/11/2012 17:12

filtered water. Can't stand our tap water with the heightened taste/smell thing going on so got a Brita filter. Best money I've spent for ages!

Lots of apple juice too, and the odd hot choc.

MyFriendGoo · 27/11/2012 18:31

Ribena! And Tropicana ruby orange juice. And lots and lots of ice cold water. I seem to get dehydrated the second I stop putting liquid in my mouth at the moment.

Bunnychan · 27/11/2012 19:27

Just water and fruit juice for me! I have an aversion for most other things :-( I miss tea! I've started drink hot water with a slice of lemon so I get at least one hot drink a day x
