I know I shouldn't moan as it could be worse but I'm 8 weeks and have had constant nausea since week 6. From the moment I wake until I sleep, I had nausea with DD but don't remember it being so relentless! Someone please tell me it gets better!!

Hi, I have been feeling pretty rotten too, from about 7 weeks to 13 weeks. Then it stopped on Sunday and I managed to eat a roast dinner. And I've felt better since.
I found dry cream crackers quite good and I bought little gingerbread men (thinner than ginger nuts so I found easier to eat) and that helped somewhat. Not much though. I also tried those bands for your wrists at the suggestion of the midwife, didn't help me but she said it really helps some people.
Hope you're feeling better soon!

Hi Guys am sorry to hear you are having a lot of morning sickness apparently it can get better after 13 weeks (unfortunately that was not the case for me).
Every one will give you their own home made remedies on stopping it just try what you think you can stomach.
Just be aware I got told ginger was the best thing and I tried that many different forms I can't stand the stuff lol x

Thanks ladies, I got some crystallised ginger but it is soooo disgusting I don't think I can stomach it! Thought I'd try pickled ginger which I quite like with sushi! I seem to be grazing all the time on pretzels I'll be the size of a house by 12 weeks lol!
