At the 25 week MW appointment so I'm sure you'll get it then. But remember to ask! I think legally your work are supposed to have it by 25 weeks (although mine would have been flexible if they'd not).

I got mine at my 25 wk appointment but I had to ask my slightly dippy midwife for it.

Novia · 26/11/2012 11:20

I asked for mine at 21 weeks and they just did it for me then. You need to ask though.

PacificDogwood · 26/11/2012 11:21

I thought you can only get it from 26 weeks onwards?
Anyway, there or thereabouts was when I got mine.

I haven't had mine....am 29 weeks on Wed. Good job it would be me I have to provide it to!

You can get it from 20 weeks officially. I asked for mine before 25 weeks and my midwife filled it out and left it at reception for me to pick up so work could have it by 25 weeks Smile
