Boots, free changing bag when you buy a pack of nappies & extra points in baby stuff

Tesco- pass for parking, extra points coupons

Anything else I've joined just emails me crap

If you're interested in disposable nappies - Huggies & Pampers both have clubs and will offer you a load of discounts on their nappies as you approach your 'due' date & at intervals after then. Although, I have found generally speaking that supermarket own brands are just as good quality & generally cheaper, so make use of the discounts but shop wisely & don't get sucked in to brand loyalty.

There are loads out there but I agree with oodthunkit, I wouldn't bother with the rest, just tesco for the pass and boots for the bag. Possible sainsburys, which have a good booklet they send out with vouchers, or whichever supermarket is closest to you. Otherwise stay away! And don't bother with the bounty packs either, just an excuse to get your details and send you all sorts of rubbish - there's nothing in them you'll need or want.
