Goats cheese stuffing in veggie wellington???

I bought two frozen Nut Wellingtons from Sainsburys before realising they contained a butternut squash and goats cheese centre.

I know that Goats Cheese carries the risk of listeria but these are frozen and will be cooked at 200 for approx 20 mins - do you still think there would be a risk??

Typically now I'm not sure whether I should eat them or not I have cravings galore Smile

What do you think?

If the goats cheese is cooked I'm pretty sure you'll be safe. I started a thread this morning asking if I could have cooked soft blue cheese on toast and people said as long as it was cooked, any listeria would be killed and wouldn't pose a risk. Smile

Enjoy your meal - it sounds lovely!

The NHS advice is that all soft cheeses are fine as long as they're cooked to piping hot, the listeria will be killed.
