Can you eat cheese on the 'bad list' if they're hot?

Like if I were desperate for Gorgonzola, would putting it on toast and grilling it get rid of any listeria possibility?

Now I'm not daft - if there's still any risk I'll not bother, particularly when it's now 'okay' to have Stilton, but since I read that baked Camembert was okay I wondered if it was the same for everything?

I've done this :) No idea if I should have though.

Any cheese on the listeria list is fine if it is cooked.
