I would stay home and mn rest. I'm sure if you contact them they could send you outline of what was covered.

Otherwise, if you feel up to it...you could go and just leave when you have had enough. Just let the lead person know when you arrive.

You're right about keeping moving, I find it it helps to prevent the muscles cramping up when they've been hurt. You can also try putting an ice-pack on your back for ten minutes every hour, it helps reduce inflammation in the muscles. I always thought it should be heat but my osteopath said not. Shame as I liked a hot water bottle on my back!

If you do go to the class, could you sit at the back and get up and wander around every now and again? I'm sure the class leader would understand.

I was going to say what Pragmatic said, if you do decide to go then the leader will most certainly understand anything you need to do to stay comfy!

Thanks I meant not helping much, but called the lady from the class who said we could go through the bits I miss tonight when Im better which is good plus my lovely mum and dad just brought me some Choccys and fflowers to cheer me up :) so I'm not feeling too sorry for myself now and will try the ice pack that's a good idea
