Sorry this thread is not very pleasant but i hoped we could learn from others experience. There are many threads about what foods are good when suffering with sickness, nausea etc. what about foods to avoid?
I'll start: soreen malt loaf. I fancied it at the time, but when it gets stuck coming up not so good! Toast is very similar. Any others?

I found crackers was great for sickness always had some at my desk at work and dried fruit for energy/sugar bursts but sometimes they were a bit too much flavour. x x

I bloody loved toast and malt loaf. It varied from day to day.

This is one of those things where your experience won't necessarily be the same for everyone.

Chew more!

Anything spicey or garlicy is very yuck to spew, but then when you are being sick whilst driving and having to swallow it or sick into a cup, nothing tastes great.

Had a craving for fizzy sore haribo-ate half a pack in one goBlush when they came back up I could barely talk for a day the acid had burned my throat so badly!

I'm eating lots of plain carbs because they don't seem to hurt as much when they inevitably come back up...pasta with butter and cheese, cheese on toast etc. though it also depends on how long the food is in the stomach before throwing up too.

I also remember strawberries being particularly horrible to throw up when pg first time around. Haven't so much as looked at a fruit or vegetable this time-ugh just the thought turns my stomach. Thank goodness for vitamins!!

Ginger beer hurts when you sick it up fact! Blush other than that what worked for me one day wouldn't the next . Agree anything acidic or spicy will hurt on the re-run! X x
