I have chosen not to breastfeed and would like any advice tips on how to dry up my milk supply..have heard Epsom Salts/Cabbage leaves and drinking Sage Tea can help?..Please don't preach to me the benefits of breast feeding - I am fully aware of them having breastfed my first child..as I have said this is my personal choice so any POSITIVE advice very much appreciated!!..

I didn't breastfeed my dd, the milk only leaked for about a week it's wasn't to bad. It took a couple of days for the milk to come in coz i wasnt using it. I just avoided touching my boob and had to wear a bra all the time including in bath coz they were obviously very heavy. I need to remember from last time the tops for when I have my 2nd in May.

Ah Thank You that puts my mind to rest..didn't produce much milk first time around so maybe it won't be too bad!..

I asked my gynaecologist to prescribe me Dostinex after birth and I wore a very supportive (read tight!) bra 24/7 for over a week. Nonetheless my milk "threatened" to come in, but didn't.
