I am 20+4 and have been getting mild crampy pains in my lower back and in the top of my bump. I've got a bit of diarrhoea too so think this might explain it but wondering whether I should give the midwives a call? Should I be worried? It's too early for BH right?

it's not too early for bh but i'd give them a call to put your mind at rest.

Thanks, have called the MW, she says it's probably BH but to let them know if it gets worse or if I get bleeding. Didn't realise you could get BH in your back though? Confused

i am 20 weeks and have been getting pain in the top of my bump this week. ring my midwife and she said it's nothing to worry about. I find it's worse when i am sitting at my desk so keep having a walk around to help it.
