If any of you have or get sinusitus or stuffed up sinus's then this is brilliant and really recommend.
It's a sinus washer outer - saline solution squirted up one nostril and water + gunk comes out the other. It is soooo satisfying if you are really bunged up.
No drugs - just salt and buffer in the saline stuff
I used to get awful sinus headaches and sinusitus which had to take AB's for - got this when pg with DS and have just dug it out again in case needed for this one no that I can't take decongestants.
