I'm on constant pre eclampsia symptom watch and have had pain in the top left side of bump
And top right side as well. Is this epigastric pain?

Epigastric pain is between your belly button and the bottom of your sternum - the middle bit between your ribs.Is there a reason why you're on pre-eclampsia watch? Do you have a history? Do you have any swelling, severe headaches, vomiting etc? There are lots of reasons you might be getting pain at the top of your bump - it could easily be wind!

I was thinking maybe trapped wind. Yep I have a history of pre eclampsia and already had high bp, swelling and proteinuria that has calmed down now but I'm On weekly checks for everything and starting to get a bit paranoid about everything! I have midwife tomorrow so will mention it and see what she says
