Period cramps with no period, yes definitely! First thing that made me think I might be pregnant. They carried on until about 8 weeks I think. I have also done a lot of crying. On the plus side, I think I'm also laughing a lot more too (when I'm not crying) -- dh has suddenly turned into the most hilarious person in the universe!

Oh, and I meant to say, all the best with your pregnancy. Really hope things go well for you.

Oh god yeh......I cried none stop with my first! I'm heavily pregnant with number 4 now but haven't been emotional but did get cramps and even bleeding at the beginning, till about 15 weeks......I went for a scan to see where the bleed was coming from and it was nothing so even if you do bleed don't panic!! Enjoy and all the best, it's a truly wonderful experience......soak it all up Smile xx

I swear I cried more in the first 4 months of my pregnancy than I have in the last 10 years. Normal!! The Olympics were a massive blubfest for me, as was anything slightly nice, slightly mean or anything at all really if i was that way out! All the best with everything.

flutterby123 · 20/11/2012 18:47

I did this too! I'm now 13 weeks and much more emotionally stable (expect for worrying about scan on Friday and hoping everything is okay). But I don't really cry (someone I worked with once described me as having a heart of stone - I felt this was a bit mean!) so I totally get what you mean about crying. And sometimes it's over nothing in particular. I would just start crying!

I'm crying coz I hate my house.
The smell of it makes me sick.
We bought a small house and moved in just last weekend, also when I found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant. I hate it all, I want my life back. I'm crying as I'm writing this now...

I cried actual tears about 2 weeks ago (at 6 weeks) because I was worried that our very spoiled, very happy dog wasn’t having a good life. 🤷🏻‍♀️ She was literally lying in her triple layer bed at the time, sound asleep in the middle of the day.

It’s not you, it’s pregnancy. 😂

Deffinatley the pregnancy! I cried in the middle of sainsbury as I couldn't find the aisle with jam on it..

...I've also almost cried when DH is just talking to me about anything remotely serious.. baby plans, how hes feeling, how I'm feeling.. It's all very weird!

@TreeRoad that made me LOL I just had a 30mins cry fest as my GP surgery wouldn’t give me an urgent appointment but feel so much better after reading abt your pooch!
