39+2; All day yesterday and today i've felt a windy kind of pain in my abdom, and a horrible sicky feeling in my chest, i can physically feel sick in my throat! Is this normal or just me?!

Can't comment if it's normal or not at 39 weeks as only 18 weeks myself. But I did find a product called Windeze that states on the box is safe in pregnancy. I double checked with the pharmacist and she said it's safe because the active ingredient stays in your intestine/stomach/colon and is not absorbed, therefore can't get to baby...it helped me. Maybe give that ago.
