Reflux

For everyone suffering from terrible reflux I have finally found the solution to mine and wanted to share.
It mightn't be the same for anyone else but just in case it is.

First of all - new, bigger bra. Improved reflux a little.

Cutting out gluten completely from my diet - no reflux at all since.
It has given me more energy and I have had no headaches and been able to sleep better.

Hope this helps someone!

Thankyou soooo much Pochemuchka !!
I'm nearly 20 weeks, and although morning sickness has gone, and i'm desperately hungry, i have been constantly tired and had that 'i'm about to throw up' feeling in the back of my throat constantly... I'll definitely be trying both of those things!! :)

Good luck bigsista! I wish I'd discovered it last pregnancy as I had it horrendously and tried everything!

Like I said, it might not work but even the bra size change had a good effect :)
