Feeling uncomfortable

Hi all,

I'm sorry if this sounds like a stupid question but I'm pretty clueless.

I'm 36 weeks today. For the past two days its felt like I have swallowed a bone and its got stuck in my bowel. It feels really uncomfortable. Is my little darling pressing on something?
