How tough is it really? Have DS 20 months, and TTC. Is it really as bad as I'm gearing myself up for it to be?

I'm 9 weeks
Dd is 14 months
I have hyperemis again and its a complete nightmare. I'm too poorly to look after her. My mum has been staying for a week so far and I dread her going home on monday.

Its 1 nightmare for me

The age gap with my youngest two will be 23 months, the same as with my older three. The problem this time is severe SPD, which makes caring for and entertaining a toddler near on impossible and very painfull. Didn't find it bad at all though last time around.

Just to top it all I have Placenta Previa so am crossing everything that it moves in time for the birth. Rather worried about the nightmare of having a C section and not being able to drive (we live in a remote village) or being able to keep on top of housework (which I have a lot of with four and soon to be five children).
