olbas oil. can I use it?

Is it safe for me to use olbas oil or vicks vapo rub? I'm 17 weeks pregnant. I just have a feeling I'm not supposed to....

My consultant and GP have both said its fine to use olbas, although the bottle says not too. Think it just hasn't been tested...
