Aha SPD ? Is that right?
Anyway, for the last few weeks my left hip has been hurting - not pains as such but aching and getting stiff if i sit in the same position for too long or if i lie on an akward way - i have heard it it where the hips become slightly out of place but didn't know if it was way to early to get it!
Also, whilst i am moaning, I have trapped the ciatic (sp?) nerve in my bum and it is killing me - i was nearly crying last night - could walk or sit on the toilet - DP found it highly amusing that fact that i was downstairs and was struggling to get up the stairs and to the loo in time - needless to say, when i told him i'd squeeze his balls whilst he was asleep unless he started giving me some sympathy, he was much nicer!
