Like, um, a particularly long and exhausting all night sex session. Except I can assure you there have been none of those for years. Normal?

Oh god I get this all the way through pregnancy - I get thrush over and over again from irritation from clothes. It's worth ruling out any infection but swollen ladyparts by no means abnormal.

Could be a touch of SPD. I'm only 26 weeks and feel like my fanjo is permanently battered and bruised.
