I'm 40+7 and in the past couple of weeks I've been eating crap. I think it's because I've had the mindset that each day could be my last day of pregnancy, I've been on maternity leave and meeting up with people and there's been a lot of cake and sugary treats on offer.
I've continued to take vitamins but I feel so guilty that my poor baby has been getting a load of crap or too much sugar in the last couple of weeks.
