tips to conceive after mc

convinced i mc last week .... red blood and clots epau sed to early to scan . been sick this morning and ful of cold stuck in limbo .... but almost certain ive lost my baby ... any tip on how tto conceive after mc is sex everyday gonna help x

I am so sorry. Exactly this happened to me and I was devastated despite the fact that it was very early in pregnancy, same as you.

You absolutely have to take care of yourself.

I started ttc again straight away (or as soon as I got a neg pregnancy test which was about 2 weeks after bleed) and got pregnant straight away. I hope that it's the same for you.

You should also go and talk to people on the miscarriage boards, and there is a thread for ttc after mc where you will get lots of support. Look after yourself and make sure your OH understands how hard this has hit you. People don't understand sometimes with a very new pregnancy that it can be really hard.
