Me and toddler ill day before due date :(

Do as the title says me and my 2.7 DD both have bad chest infections and sore throats (poor us) neither of us have slept much the past 2 nights and I'm due with DS tomorrow!! Please tell me how I will cope with all of this if things happen before illness has gone

You just will
Us mums are made of strong stuff and can cope with anything life throws at us.
Get as much rest as you can now, eat well and drink plenty and you will be just fine
