Small bleed at 12+3 do I bother to tell anyone?

Hi all

I am 12+3 today, and have had a very small bleed, bright red blood and a tiny clot the size of a pea in about a teaspoon of blood. No pain or anything.

I have my 12 week scan tomorrow morning, so do I bother to call the midwifery team, or just wait and see if anything else happens?3

I was going to say to call the mw, but if you have a scan tomorrow and have no more bleeding or pain then I'd just wait tbh.

I hope all goes well. Smile

I'd probably call your midwife so she knew but explain that you're having your scan tomorrow.

It might be that she needs to alert them to the fact? Not talking from experience so others might be able to offer better guidance.

Hope everything goes well for you and the baby

I would ring just for peace of mind and see what she says ... least with your scan tomoz you haven't got to wait too long .
hope all goes well :-)
